These demo screens show the upcoming 2.3 update. Availability follows App Store review.
- Improved live 3D map playback with views of your stops and photo transitions while maps load.
- Travel videos now follow recorded photo locations on a moving map, pause for each place’s photos, and open and close with a journey overview.
- Added a separate QR Library to find, review and save QR codes from selected photos, with favorites and optional Apple Watch storage.
- Improved similar-photo grouping and representative photo selection.
- Reduced excessive cropping of landscape photos in travel videos and fixed playback errors when merging short clips with a map segment.
- Improved photo framing in iPad stories and QR visibility on Apple Watch.
- Improved factual grounding of on-device AI text, analysis recovery, saved-data recovery and Watch voice memo delivery.
